Can I play Demigod?

So I'm looking to purchase what looks to be a fantastic game, but I would rather not drop $40+ to do so if I can't run it.

Therefore, I figured I would go to the community for advice.

Everything on my computer seems to check out (2.4 GHZ, 2 GB RAM), but I'm worried about my video card.

NVIDIA Quadro NVS 135M

I realize it's a workstation video card, but I'm holding out hope, as I'm really wanting to play.

Looking at the specs, I really wouldn't hazard a guess either way. Is that a laptop?

They'll be releasing a demo soon.  If I were you I'd just wait for that to make sure.

Yeah, it's a laptop.

I ended up buying it anyway...it was $30 at my local Wal*Mart and I figure it's worth a shot.

Thanks for the reply.

Most likely your video card does not meet the minimum requirements. If you mention just what it is, we can confirm if that's the case.

With a memory bandwidth of only 9.6 Gb/sec the Quadro NVS 135M is slower than a GeForce 6600GT (16.0 Gb/sec).  It does have Pixel Shader 3.0, so it meets the minimum hardware requirements, but it may be too slow to get any reasonable FPS.  Wait for the demo.

The Quadro NVS 135 M is 8400M-GS based and meets the minimum requirements. But it won't give you very good performance. I have an 8400M-GS on my XPS M1330 and I have to play Demigod on it in windowed mode with the lowest window size possible at lowest settings.
