Why haven't the crashes/freezes/etc been fixed?

This game has been out for quite a while now, and I still have problems getting a game going.

 

I have been trying for an hour now to play, each game crashing, lagging or freezing.

 

Are these problems ever going to be fixed?

LoL beta is already more polished, diverse, and lag-free than this game. And it didn't cost me a cent.

seriously you've already said you were leaving no need to stick around here we promise we wont miss you.

Edit:and the connectivity issues have been fixed nothings gone wrong with my game for a long time...
