Crashes, lags, drops, desyncs, OH MY!

I think I will start a trend by saying this is the best beta software I ever paid for.

Someone joins lobby -> UPNP MAPPING crash

Game suddenly gets interesting -> someone has a crash to desktop and everyone desyncs, game registered as LOSS.

Another game, someone drops due to lag -> desyncs again

Another game, someone drops due to crash -> desyncs again

Another game 5v5, everyone has 150ms~ ping in lobby -> insane lag, unplayable. dropped.

Pantheon -> zero on queue.. waiting.. waiting.. back to custom games

FINALLY ONE GAME FINISHED and now I can go to sleep. Seriously folks. Even though I don't like Heroes of Newerth, how come they can run 5v5 games without lags (so I've noticed) and without crashes or desyncs or whatnot - and yet this game, cannot.

At least they state it's a beta :) Is GPG in denial? I don't know what has changed, but my buddy who I play with all the time has ragequit from Demigod (read as: uninstalled the game) because every game we play that finally gets interesting he has a crash to desktop. He has sent in emails and whatever. PLEASE GET THIS GAME TO JUST WORK! Thanks, love kisses peace.

FFS I couldn;t even get a simple 3v3 game tonight. (yet another frustrating attempt  out of many)

After wasting an hour and always someone crashes out, or de-sync or what the hell ever..... OMG I really wish I could get some money back!

What I mean is yeah, so I bought it before I read any reviews or feedback, so my bad I shoulda waited and read about what people thought before I bought it. I would not have if I had read about all the problems.

So how about half my money back, my mistake for buying it.... their mistake for releasing a game that doesnt work properly. I dont know about in America, but here in Australia the office of fair trading tends to frown upon companies selling a product that does not do what its description describes, or if it is faulty or damaged upon purchase...... I wonder if this applies to digital media too?

I love the game, but am getting quite grumpy about wasted time trying to play it with no luck..... I am a bees dick away from never playing it again, but stardock would not care about that, theyve already got my $50.
