I had a previouse issue with the game purchase where I had the cost of 2 games put through on my credit card. After sending a dozen emails over the period of a couple weeks having no reply felt and am still feeling ripped off.
Which email did you contact (should go to [email protected] for that)? As well, if you repeatedly email before you get a response it will only push you down to the bottom of the queue each time you email (it sorts by oldest first).
If for some reason the emails are getting filtered somewhere (if it's on our end you should get a notice that it was filtered), you can also come on IRC during business hours and talk to one of the sales people about it.
