I agree with Kryo regarding waiting for the hotfix. The odds aren't incredibly likely, but it is possible you have a faulty component on your new rig (eg, even though you replaced everything, that doesn't guarantee every new part works as it should). That said, if you are trying to rule out the isp/modem, you could taket he laptop to a wifi hotspot. But the easiest test I can think of for that would be to play some single player with your cable modem unplugged or adapter disabled and see if you get any crashes. I feel really bad that you went to all that trouble and still can't play without crashes, but hopefully 1 or those suggestions will get us somewhere or that hotfix will help.
