Well till it gets moved.. HoN is deliberately made to be DotA 2.0. When somebody rants about it because they say it is copying DotA it is because it is meant to do so. Most if not all of the exact same items are in there except different portraits and names. The shop system is ten times better and also more newb friendly as you can click on a recipe item and it will list the items upon where you can click again to purchase. The maps are exactly the same, with a few varients of course to the buildings and units. The shop area is simply one building with the intuitive AI
Hopefully I don't sound like I'm rambling.. Anyways, the voice work needs a bit of redoing which they are aware of. Also there is currently two maps. Did I mention that the community is just as bad as DotA. With the racism and well.... Newbism. As long as you aren't some DotA fanatic who can't take the thought of a game being made to better a mod, then you should love HoN. As for LoL... I have no idea, it's very difficult to get in.
What I do know, is that each game is very different from Demigod. Demigod stills stands on its own perch as a different type of game but with the same genre. If that makes any sense. In fact if this post made any sense..
