i agree, i do have a few ppl who i choose 2 have on my team, but i also LOVE to fight them and win against em, theres alot of ppl who just refuse 2 vs 1 another, i belive thats called bein a pussy? no offence woppin but ur 1 of these ppl with verspunken

I like to play with my friends. Playing against them is less fun.

We also like to try out tactics that aren't possible in a team of randoms.

2 things to consider:

1. To them stats are precious. 1 loss on the record = end of the world.

2. Probably about 90% of them would get exposed if they went up against premades so they play it smart by sticking to easy mode. 

I try not to "QQ" about such things but i cant help but feel where you are coming from. maybe its bad luck i dont know but i really think i have gotten better at this game but most games i get in too, i find my self with vary "new to the game" kind of team mates and the other side will end up being a premade all most 90% of the time >.<

Really the only reason it truely bothers me though is because all of those losses add up and get me kicked out of rooms before i can even say two words. I really can understand wanting to play with your friends and i have no problem with it, i just wish the game's where not always so fail on my end due to it.

Get over it, go play skirmish or another room if you know its a premade. Personally i dont mind, even if i get whooped i tend to learn more playing against a good premade than a good PuG.

I dont play with friends hardly ever, not many people like me, but i still dont have a problem with this.

Do you honestly think they enjoy endless noobstomps? Most of them have "Good Players Only" in the title cause they want to have fun but for some reason its hard to get premade vs premades. Maybe if you could join up as a team and go into rooms as a unit that would be fixed aswell...........................

Does online skirmish work? tried it but it would not work last time i tried it.

during a pantheon "season", there tends to be no-one queuing for skirmish matches.

unless you like 1 human vs 7 ai matches.

Seriously, with six games on offer, four of them were premade teams with no opposition.

I have nothing against premades. It's wholly natural in a game like this. My beef is with them not fighting one another! So yeah, I really do think that they enjoy the endless noobstomps.

Why the hell don't they play against one another? Join up and if some random dude joins, tell the hosts to kick them so that your whole team can join. It's not like the random dude doesn't have several other premades to go against as a PUGger.

And I have never gotten a skirmish against non-AIis.

Okay maybe people are reading the OP wrong or maybe Iam. He's doesn't have a beef with people playing with friends against randoms. Essentially he is saying why dont people with friends play against other friend groups. Got it?

I occasionally ask 'groups of friends' what this community would call 'Premade' to come and play against some other 'groups of friends'. Most decline for X reason, and only a few oblige. (no names mentioned)

I've only encountered a select few of regular hosts of the "PRO" matches that screen the opposing team for noob players ( <20 games played, <500 minutes played, etc ) Alot of these so called top 50 people will even refuse to kick out the noobs in their pro lobbies. Draw your own conclusions. These are all just my observations from playing since day 1.

Overall this community is not competitive when compared to other games. Maybe team auto match making will provide the incentive it needs dot dot dot

maybe this issue will get better when friends list / clans / lobby, get added. well if they get added.

i think i may start comp stomping till i can find some one to play with, which seems vary hard to do at present.

Well people are going to play the game however they want, and no amount of whining is going to change that. If you have a problem with it dont play against them. You can't controll how others play so controll how you do, pretty simple solution, and it works.

It's not competitive at all, but for some reason the people who don't play the game with their friends (randoms) come on here and bitch about losing to people who play with friends (premades). The average skill level of the randoms just needs to go up a bit and we'll see far less of these kinds of (pointless) threads becuase they won't lose so horribly.

Well, naturally I can't control others. I just made an observation that I thought was pretty interesting. I mean considering that so many people seem to think that team automatch is going to fix everything I have a feeling that they will be disappointed. Premades just don't want to battle it out amongst themselves as pwning noobs is apparently the height of fun for most teams. Which is in(s)ane, but to each their own, I suppose.

As for your "solution" - of course I don't play against them. I doubt that many good PUGgers do, because everytime I try I see two noobs and me facing down a premade team with 90% wins. No thanks.

I've won 32 of my 35 games since the reset. I might not be the best but I consider myself pretty decent. I'm about 200 ranks below you, but you play with a premade team so drawing too strong conclusions from that might not be a good idea.

What I can't control is the random partners that I get and since good PUGgers avoid premades those random partners tend to be complete noobs when going against a premade. Playing a Sedna helps somewhat as I can babysit a noob, but I can't win by my lonesome.

I don't understand why more people don't support a random teams option for custom games.  Frogboy said that hey'd like to see it implemented, and I've been begging for this to get put in 1.2, but it's met with such vitriol from the people stacking teams that Frogboy doesn't even mention it any more. 

Granted, team auto-match would give them an outlet to play against other arranged teams and in *theory* would eliminate the problem with team stackers stomping noobs, but anyone who has ever played any other RTS with team automatching knows that arranged teams do not *always* use that option: they will still be a large part of custom games, and they will still be a nuisance for some.

edit: on a serious note, get over premades n all that crap. in no other competitive game i have played, have i heard such whingers on this topic, it defeats the purpose of MULTIPLAYER GAMING.

premades are good, they raise the skill level for all those random pugers. if u cant take it stay in single player.
