Chat?

Does anyone know if they are looking into making a chat window when you are looking at what games are available?  I know that you have a chat box once you have joined a game and are waiting for it to start, but having one before that would be nice.  I think any developement into the social networks of games really prolongs their lifes.

it actually says that in the game but reads "...open impulse menu/tab". It the first thing i always see when i open up the game.
