I play an ooze/spit/inner beast/level 1 foul grasp UB and Ive been using blood of the fallen basically every game for a long time. Ive also been saving for heavens wrath, because it just seemed like a great favor item. Now that I have 2000 points, im not sure if its good for my build and if not, what is?(besides blood of the fallen)

i no u said "what else is good?" but id say just stick with Blood of the Fallen.
This. The money you save on buying a mana item more than makes up for not getting BotF as you can just buy a cheap chest piece wich does the same thing. A big advantage is that the ooze damage you do to yourself also increases your mana with this item.
the reason bots is good is coz it scales with your damage, so it is still usefull at high lvl
where as botf is a fixed number which is good in begin but later on its not that great
And this is what will allow you to literally eat two demigods and more back to back to back ... 
if you don't spit arround like a cowboy you don't even need any maan-item anyway. just use spit only if you may kill a fleeing dg with it and foul grasp only to interrupt. then you won't need any mana items. as alternativ to BotF you could try the Dark Crimson Vial, which has the only downside of a 2sec casttime.
what kind of dmg ? all dmg ?
If i cast a 1000 dmg fireball, i'll get 750 mana ?
The important thing with Blade of the Serpent, is that ooze regains mana SO FAST with it. For instance, at rank 4 ooze, you get 37.5 + 101.25*targets
So, even if you just stand next to one enemy, turning it on with level 4 ooze gives you 140 mps. You are probably spitting, attacking, etc them too, and very likely in a group of creeps.
Point is, you can generate thousands of mana in 10 seconds, often using as many skills as you can, and still coming out with full mana. Games past level 4 really show the strength of this favor item.
Mard's Hammer (Paired with slayer Wraps midd game) makes for insane white damage boost which is, judging from your build, is what get you kills. It beats Heavens Wrath which makes no sence in your build.
By level 7 with banded Armor and Nimoth and a single small potion you will eat an opposing UB with BotF as you will have at least +50 DPS over him.
If you were more focust on Foul Grasp, I would have suggested Staff of Renewal. Add -15% cooldown flag and you have a 9 second stun/heal.
