Registration error

Hi! Im not sure if i needed to write it here, but i cant seem to understand if its General or Impulse matter...

Recently ive registered my demigod game in impulse. I started it, played a bit and wanted to go in online to play with other people, but, it was saying that my information was incorrect... I tryed about 20th times, but it was still saying i was incorrect (which, im sure, i wasnt). But thats not the main problem now: i rebooted my computer, and now Impulse is asking to register my Demigod again! If i enter my serial-number again, it says that its already in use! Can anybody help me?

Thats what i made. Tnx for advice anyway... I read some issues, and in my case it seems just like i've pressed tha Re-activate button... But shouldnt my activation key be free now, so i could wrote it up again?

Pretty strange...
