The quitting that you are seeing is due to host quitting, not a lack of punishment for fast quits.  If the host quits, stats dont get taken down down.  This is supposedly getting fixed very soon.  Yes, stats should have been fixed very long ago.  I dont understand why a game that is almost exclusively multiplayer cant track stats after 3 or 4 months either.  But for whatever reason SD/GPG hasnt gotten them fixed yet, so it is what it is.  Just ignore stats for now, accept that because they havent fixed it some games will get ruined, and move on.  The fix should be coming.

Oak actually using his death invulnerability isnt exactly an exploit.  He shouldnt be able to take down your citadel like that.  The only situation where it is a problem is if you are playing Fortress, where it can get silly.

The game overall is reasonably balanced.  UB isnt particularily out of whack - its certainly a strong DG, but nothing overpowering.  I'd say that the only really overpowering thing is a minion LE using HoB (maybe a minion Oak with HoB also).

surely there are problems, but i think i know when ppl just exploit the system to have 100% victories

It's not hard at all to achieve 124 victories and no losses if you just open the task manager and close the game any time your ass is being kicked.
