playing as a premade team in pantheon is the lowest of the low. please go to custom games.

hopefully they will change it so you cannot see the player names in the connection box to finish this problem once and for all.

Yeah I remember this reg snakeyes(spelling) always team up with his buddy, a sedona in Patheon games.  Nice way to stomp pug groups.  Then people would just start quiting once they see them.  Then they try changing names. 

Some people just like to run up their score stomping noobs.  Whatever get their jollies on.

I would just like to point out that My partner and I STOMPED Snakeeyes and his partner when they came to custom games

Sooo I'm guessing this is the thread for people who don't want Team Pantheon? Personally I can't wait till Team Pantheon becomes a reality.

For the record, people complain about premades in customs as well if not more. I happen to fall in the very large and undefined category of "premade" because I have 2 RL friends and 1 brother who I like to play games with, and this is currently that game. We are definetely not great players by any stretch of the word, ranging from 60% to 20% win rates, yet we're still hated on simply because we know each other.

Its like "omg you guys know each other? Premade!! DIE IN A FIRE JACKASSES!!!!"

Its fairly annoying. I just don't see it as a problem if 3 people decide they want to play consistently with each other. And really, when people start forming guilds/factions/whatever...will we still hear OMG PREMADE!! all the time? I hope not because that is pretty much what a guild is isn't it?

I think everyone is for a team pantheon, i think everyone here is against people trying to get premades into the current PuG pantheon. Not only is it pretty lame when they get a game into pantheon with thier members but if they dont they quit while game is loading and we get ai's. <----------- that is my biggest beef.

Play custom games then. There's nothing wrong with that.

God im so sick of the cry-babies that can’t handle pre-made teams. If you cant communicate well enough to challenge a pre-made the problem isn’t with them.

Yeah, so it's just a coincidence that the top players are premades with hundreds of wins and 20 or so losses. Anyway, this thread isn't about that. It is about players who exploit the the system and join Pantheon for easy wins. They're not playing for fun, like a "normal" premade, they're only doing it for the stats. Otherwise they would play custom games instead of going through the trouble of joining Pantheon.

Yeah I played against this one team that was all on vent 3 vs 3 and we got stomped.

I also played another guy who purposely booted me after I beat him in a game and he ragequited before I was able to destroy the citadel. I joined his game and he said "I'm sorry I don't want to play against you again and booted me" I quickly rejoined and told everyone to leave I was hosting my own game. And everyone left his game and joined mine. Just make yourself known against these teams by advertising it. Even if it requires a little spam just every game you join send 2-3 messages that says don't play with these 2 people together. And continue. Word will spread and people wont' play against you.

All right I'll get 3 people on ventrilo all talking who are above average players against you a noob and a decent person. We'll see who wins. If you don't understand the situation then don't comment on it. The thing is people don't want to lose and they will lose occasionally and will take it but when they lose every other game to a premade they start to rage quit. It's a psychological issue that makes rage quitting more common. There needs to be a premade game section. I once played against 2 people who went out straight and said he and this other guy were together and we needed to be good. So we got a good team together and beat them.

Also played another game that was 4vs4 it was a full premade and they showed it. Even their names were similar and they went out and told me. One of the best exile games i've played. We ended up winning and all 4 of them quit once the game REALLY turned in my teams favor but one of the most even games up to that point.

happens in custom games. Hence the annoyance. I've only played custom game for the record.

I agree that currently people trying to join onto the same team in pantheon (and dropping when it doesn't work) is bad for everyone.  I disagree that this shouldn't be an option in the future.  There should be a seperate rank for teams and individuals that should include all forms of gameplay not restrict people who know each other only to one type or another.

Premade teams are not a problem.
Premade teams in pantheon matches are.

You know you will be teamed against randomers giving you an unfair advantage due to voice communication and experience playing together, and as long as you aren't completely useless you can't possibly lose vs randoms.

p.s. I am all for arranged team pantheon being implemented seperately to random pantheon, like in Warcraft III Battlenet.

As with all of the other problems with the game, this is purely on the developers and is insanely easy to fix.

Simply remove the window stating the names of who is joining the game. It will prevent premades, and it will stop people from leaving the launch when they see names of high ranked players that they might try to avoid, for any that track that sort of thing.
