Problem with Product Registration

Serial nuber invalid

Hello everybody, I have a problem with the update of the game...

I want to play it online, so i need the update, but i have to register it. So everytime i fill in the informations, a message appeared that "The e-mail adress or serial nuber [I] entered is invalid. Check to make sure that you have entered the correct information. (ref: 204)

Please help me...

Did you buy the game brand new and sealed? If you bought the game of ebay or Amazon or the like and it is second hand, the serial may already be registered. (cough) You did buy the game? A torrented version is not playable on line.

yeah i buyed the game new at "Media Markt"

yes but my englisch isn't very good (I'm from Germany; maybe you recognized it xD)

but i sent an e-mail to [email protected] and he asked for my serial number, now i have to wait...
