Teleport and Oak with Shield

Is it interruptable with a stun?  Or does the shield protect the teleport action as well?

Yes you can stun him when he is shielded and interupt he just wont take damage.

When they become immune to debuffs I believe it protects them from the stun as well.

it does not protect for the interrupt effect. you can interrupt him even if shielded.

well, how come that foul grasp still stuns a shielded oak? yes it does! ub will dmg him but he is stunned and ub gains hp. interrupts do work as well.

I am playing oak this Pantheon round. Stuns and interrupts get thru the shield. Foul grasp is a pita. :'(

I imagine Foul Grasp is coded differently from other stuns, as it bypasses stun immunity. As such, it should not be used as an example.

theres a bug with fould grasp that ive noticed with some interrupts.

u interrupt foul grasp, but the stunned char is still stunned for the 2 secs. u only stop the healing effect of the skill.

I've used foul grasp on a shielded oak and he just kept running away...multiple times...my ub stood there pointing at him like the good little puppy he is though

At shield lvl3 Oak becomes immune to all stuns including foul grasp. I lvl3 shield all the time to cap lock and teleport out with impunity.

This. The 6 second shield and above protects from all interupts. The 4 second level 2 is enough to cast say a big potion or a teleport scroll, but can be interupted.

Thanks for the clarification all.  My 2nd question:

Is there a counter in the game for it?

Just that oak has effectively wasted quite a large number of skillpoints for the ability to run away from you. Shield also has a large cooldown, so it's actually far more balanced than it looks.

No - you either run or they run - depends on the context it is being used under...

well you can try to prevent him from shielding by using silence or deep freeze or something...I have actually interupted shield casts by trying to use my interupts when i figure they may shield....but thats just luck
