Question on speed cap

Is 10.1 the hard code limit?

I was playing against QoT nightmare AI and she had speed items on.  When HP was low, just took off, couldn't catch her.  So was wondering if 10.1 speed was the hard limit, at least for players, or you can go faster than that.

14.0 is the hard limit.

nightmare AI uses hax and gets mega-boosted stats towards late game. sick dmg, atk speed, life steal, move speed etc. its like they all have 5x All Father's Ring

The reason why I ask I was suprise how fast the nightmare AI could go.

I'm curious also about a smilar thing. Is there a hard limit on attack speed and is it poissible to be limited by it?

AFAIK, attack speed is limited 0.5 seconds.
