theres this neat little trick i dicosvered that makes me forget all the littkle problems that plague demigod. usually gamers are known for drinking some energy drinks to stay awake or soem green tea for us health nut gamers. dont be afraid to  make it an adult drink if you now what i mean.

someone drops 5 minutes in? i dont care!

I'm so with you. A week ago I made a drinking game out of Demigod. Took a shot every time I died and two every time I got a kill. One for an assist. It was awesome. Halfway through the game my team was winning on Leviathan I told them what I was doing and somebody responded "Oh so thats why you were dancing around the area after your kills?"

Whoah. Heaven, I was looking at that picture and thinking "Yeah, the colors on the screen were pretty groovy like this" and then I noticed babies and the whole picture suddenly took on a strange and unnatural feeling lol.

 

Next time, upon every kill I'm going to drink as many shots as I have total kills. Should be interesting.

I got used to drinking an Espresso or strong coffee before each Demigod match. One day I played 16 games...

DemiGod: The drinking game!

If you capture a portal take a drink.

If your team kills an enemy player, take a shot.

If the enemy kills a player on your team, chug a Budwieser as punishment.

my friend Impossible and I have been doing this for ages.  We discovered that Demigod is the PERFECT length - one game is just about the time required to drink a beer.  Inbetween games, grab another beer and go to the bathroom if needed, repeat ad naseaum, until you have drunk enough.  ... Some of our games at the end of the night can get ugly.  ('Specially when we add in shots)
