Fails to load, no error report

It's not comodo or logitech cam

Hi, hopefully someone can help me with this.  I recently downloaded the demo for demigod, but when I click on the icon it does not load at all, and there is no error message.  I run windows xp and I have a Geforce 8800 GT in my computer as the video device.  I don't have comodo on my computer and I don't have the logitech cam.  For some reason the game does not load at all.  I updated my drivers, I reinstalled the game several times as well.

Any ideas?

Google Desktop is also known to cause issues like that. If you don't have that either, please contact [email protected].
