Does the demo version have a tutorial? I finally got it to work online. I have NO idea how to play this gmae and no single player.

Its a basic walkthrough, but I'd have been better off if I watched that before starting with the game.

I have a LOT of playing time with Sedna and Unclean Beast, so I can help you the best with those. I have played with and against many extremely good Oak, Regulus and Rook players, and I can tell you what their builds are and what to do in certain situations. Erebus is well... I don't like him very much so I don't know much about him. Queen, well, I've played a few competitive games but not much.
I have a fairly good understanding of the gamemeta and I can give good advice about most things.
I'm not a pr0 though (I can hold my own if I'm playing with my oak friend, but, we'll still lose eventually), so don't expect me to make you l33t in a day 
If you need practice you can host a room with password and fill it with AIs.
jeah, just practise with AIs first.
dont worry, DG is easy to learn ... but hard to master !

Well honestly, other than the hands on advice those nice guys and gals in the community are offering you this "demigod strategies" section has the best tutorials you can find. Reading is required though 
3 bits of advice for you
1. Dont play QoT
2. Never fight someone 2 or more levels above you and definetly not sum1 who has several kills more than everyone else
3. Dont die
