in custom games it's decided by wether you're on top (light) or below (dark).

in pantheon its:

Light:

Rook

Regulus

Sedna

Oak

Dark:

Unclean Beast

Torchbearer

Erebus

Queen of thorns

I kinda wish there was more visual difference between the two sides. I mean towers/reinforcements.

Agreed, the Towers I think are fine, however I'd really loved to have seen different looking reinforcements for each side.

I intend on working on a few such mods when the tools are released. I'm semi-ok with 3DSM so I'd be willing to give it a try.

Well, I like the forces of light as-is, I think it's the forces of darkness' reinforcements that need to be changed - they're just not 'evil' enough. Dark Angels are the best example - bat-like demons instead of red-coloured angels would be much better in my humble opinion.

I would say Forces of light could use new grunts and Catapultasauri.  They should have more slim fighters with swords as grunts, and actual catapults. Dinosaurs seem evil to me for osme reason :/  Forces of Darkness need different angels and maybe a more menacing giants? For Angels it could be a different flying creature like a Chimera, but obviously the creature needs to fly.

Or not, because good and evil is a manner of perspective and all...

I agree with Shur, I like how one side is arbitrarily 'good' and one is 'evil'. The Demigods themselves have some pretty questionable histories on both sides. You'd imagine that they all consider themselves the 'good guys'.

Yes, I like that they have the same units aswell. The above posters have a great point.
