Cheating?

There aren't any cheat codes...

So how do you explain my 1 vs 3 with a difference in sim speed of 6 and up?

I find it really suspicious that all the high speed players ended up on one team, and even more suspicious that 4players got divided into 3 vs 1 (+2 AI)

I mean, Gaspowered made Supcom, so they obviously know how to make games...

Your sim speed is how fast your comp is able to run the game...

Welll duh, I know that. I mean, should't the game try to balance theteams, so that both teams got both slow and fast players?

Your sim speed effects everybody as in- one guy has 1 sim speed the other 5 have 4-7, but everyone has to run at 1 sim speed or it would cause a dysnc ending the game- so everybody in you game was running at -1 not just you.

0 is average. Meaning a zero sim speed should handle the game at default settings.(AFAIK) Anything above that is cheese and may help prevent some lag/spiking, dependant on ISP of course.

Your getting into Panth games as a light player when there happens to be more dark than light players available. There were 3 dark and you as light so the matchmaking gives you the two AI team mates and starts the game. It can't very well place a dark player on the FoL to give you a 2v2.

When that happens just be sure to concede inside of 3 mins and the game is N/A.

As for the 2.5 times health...L2P...use favor for health or sigils. There are many reasons why someone may have more health.

Don't jump on the "cheaterz" bandwagon...The game would desync if there was mods at play.

You should worry about simspeed, and not about skill level.  On the sim speed note, if you disable reverb you might increase your sim speed.

Pantheon has some known issues with matchups.  It is purely luck of the draw.  As for the health stacking Regulus, well, if he has more health than you and you're rook, you're doing something wrong.

Sim Speed is how many times faster you can run the game. 6 means you can speed the game up 6 times faster. It's from Supreme Commander, as Demigod uses a modified version of it's engine. This, in no way, effects your game unless the Sim Speed of any one player drops below zero. Then, you're playing a Slide Show.

Due to the method of connectivity, named Peer to Peer, the game is synched - everyone generates their own games, and the data is checked off against everyone elses. If someones data doesn't match everyone elses, the game is labelled as a desync and the game is over. Cheating, as opposed to exploting glitches and bugs, is impossible - hence using this connection method for an online competitive game.

Farming 'n00bs' generates no profit, and it only generates fun if you're playing video games for the wrong reasons.

As I've said a hundred times, we really need to have a lock on people's accounts where by once they lose a game, they're unable to post on the forums for a set period of time - around 8 hours should be sufficent.

You know what... i noticed an increase in the "You must be hacking!" in my games. And also people asking about premade alot more so im all like premade, hacking what! You know to throw them off my trail because i premade and hack all the time. Well i do play with one guy alot but i'll let them know that, but a two man premade with no voice and 1 random i hardly count as a premade.

And bud, you just got unlucky, and to top it all off your computer sucks aswell getting a 1 sim speed at the beggining of a match. If that happens again you should just concede and try again and hope to get on even teams. 2v2 with no ai. The game doesnt count as a loss or win if you concede within the first 3 minutes. And no people dont hack the game, it was designed as a p2p game just to do such a thing. That is every copy of the game must be the same and if people tamper with code we get the desync.

If you have -1 sim speed you really shouldn't be playing online...

If you have negative simspeed, just turn down the graphics a notch.

Oh, and there aren't any cheats for online. Read some guides.

A thread about Sim Speed should be created and stickied, in fact one Explainging how the multiplayer works etc. and why people may appear to be 'cheating', personally I don't know enough about the actual game mechanics from the inside to credit/discredit stuff.

Hell no, we'd only get them creating new accounts and emailing support whining about not being able to post, instead why don't we just lock anyone that loses three times in a row out of impulse altogether?

I was a member of this game and no matter what I said he couldn't be convinced I was not cheating. As far as I know its luck of the draw if you start a 6v6 game and your two teammates drop out to AI.

I hope hes now convinced that there was no trickery.

To enable cheat codes while in game, press shift+enter and type "I am a noob"

Replays should help curb all of this rampant cheating.

Its alt+f4 you need to press

At start of game run to the enemy cit, stand by it, don't attack it. Type to all (Shift-Enter) "DIE CITADEL DIE" all in caps just like that and then hit the cit three times....and three times only, you will then get 5 extra levels, 4 totems of revelations and +20% to evasion.
