I could reprocude it several times.
Via Impulse i've choosen to create a game. Everything's gone well. But while i wait, i like to see others things using Alt+tab. Then, when i want to come back, the game won't work. It gives me a grey screen and i have to press alt+tab again and press space to give ok to the fatal error message, which i cant see too.
this must have been reported by now... happens to me every 20th time i alt-tab out to check stats in lobby or browser while waiting.
As a work around (if its an option for you), just play in windowed mode. Works great for me.
I play in window mode to avoid this also. Have to say though, I'd rather have WoW-like tabbability, where playing window mode full screen is actually full screen and hitting the window key pops the taskbar up over the game. Much better than having to alt-tab.
Helps with immersion not to see bars around the place.
I agree with this too... I'd rather play full screen mode as well, but the alt+tab crashes made the decision easy enough for me. Hopefully there will be some increased stability with this in 1.2.
whenever i tried windowed mode, half the letters on my keyboard were opening up windows folders instead of displaying a character in the chat window 
never figured it out
Windowed-mode seems to compromise gameplay compared to full-screen mode. My hope is to create a /stats mod with patch 1.2 so I don't need to alt+tab out of the game anymore to check someone's stats.
