Void Game

I think that in the case of a drop or rq after the 6minute grace period (is it 6 mins?) there should be an option thats similar to concede called "request void game"

In this case ALL players on both sides would need to request for it to take effect, and then the game is not recorded as played at all.... Voided if you will.

Why? Because it really sucks when you get a RQ and garanteed loss or if someone starts lagging, or a crash out. The game is over at that point, and your side may have been winning (after the time which it is recorded in stats). So if everyone agrees at that point to void it, then it is. No favour points, no loss, not even a N/A in the game history.

Three minutes i have always thought.

Interesting idea, but is it really worth the effort? I mean how oftne in all honesty is the apposing team actually going to void a game that is bound to be a sure win?

Yes there are plenty of honest folk out there that would rather void the game than win in an unsportlike manner, but is that honest few ebough to warrent the time and money in coding thie feature in?

Depending on how the game in question has gone, i will be honest and say there would be times when i would not allow a void game, especially in games that were 50/50 up to the point of the RQ/desync.

it is 3 mins.

noone will "void" it if they now have a chance at winning anyway.

I suppose youre right. I would void a game after a drop if it was a case of a noob raging out or similar. Theres nothing better than a well balanced game, and stomping your friends is no fun if they get a dickweed for a teammate.
