[BUG] Cannot return from Alt-tab

I used alt-tab to work with a screen capture for another problem. I was unable to return to the game. A black screen took about 3/4 of the monitor on the top left. The Debug.err was fairly large. Link goes to the debug.err text.

I had to close the program through task manager.
