New username wont allow for game to patch

Hello,

 

I tested this a couple times.  I had the username of Bodegus when I first registered Demigod.  I have since changed to Bodegus_BL to reflect a clan association.  I cannot automatically update Demigod, when I click "refresh" on the game queue to check for an update, I get a login failed message at the bottom of impulse, though I can login through the impulse login in the community tab with my new username (and it is displayed in multiplaer).

 

I changed my name back to Bodegus and could isntall the patch

After changing your username, you may want to try closing Impulse and running the following file:

http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg

Make sure to follow the link in Internet Explorer, as other web browsers will not handle the file type correctly.  Once you follow the link, save the file and double click it to apply it.  Then relaunch Impulse.  You will need to re-login with your username/e-mail (either will work) and password.

Also make sure that you update your saved login in Impulse via the "change login" option in the impulse menu.
