Data error (Cyclic redundancy check)

Attempting to install demigod i keep getting an error "Data error (Cyclic redundancy check)"

Running on XP. Using retail disck . and have 32 bit as my settings.

It pops up the install wizard and once it reaches 100% just before the actual wizard pops up it gives me this error.
