Pros

Has the power to turn the tides of battle
Invisibility
Each skill is either spammable or semi spammable
Cons
Low hp
Can’t 1 on 1

Mana dependency
None of his active or passive abilities cause direct damage.
Active ability
Hidden in Light I/II/III/IV: The Illusionist bends the light around him and vanishes for 3/5/7/10 seconds. During this time he cannot be targeted directly or by towers. But he can be hit by AoE, and any form of damage whether direct or DoT he takes will instantly cancel out this skills effect.
Illusion’s grasp I/II/III/IV: The illusionist Traps all creeps and minions within the area in a Illusion, and causes them to join his side for the next 7/14/22/29 seconds
Double ganger I/II/III/IV: The illusionist creates 1/2/3/4 copies of himself in a instant to create confusion among his attacker. Each copy has no attack damage, but does have the current amount of hp as the original. The double ganger does whatever the original does and attacks whatever the original attacks, and can be attacked just like the original. If this ability is used while the original is being attacked, all AA on him will be discontinued by the confusion created. (Note at the point of summoning, the real demigod may not be in the same place he was, so he might have switched places instantly with one of the double ganger. Another note: DoT effect does not stop working, a Fireball, snipe, or shadow swap will hit the original if casted before the double gangers were summoned.) The double gangers are not minions and can’t be controlled like minions. Their base stats are the same as the original, current hp and max hp are exactly the same as the original when they are summoned. The double Gangers last 45 seconds, or until their hp hits zero. There is no gold for killing a double ganger but you do get experience.
(The point is to create confusion, not out number your opponent.)
Hypnotic entice I/II/III: This is the Illusionist most powerful support ability because it comes with two different effects.
Effect I: The Illusionist will stun an enemy demigod or tower for 3/6/9 seconds, and during this time all damage done via AA or spell is Increased 50%. (Beware that IV Fireball). After the stun wears off; for the next 5/10/15 seconds, all of the player’s controls have been switched around. (Example to move demigod may now be W and right click mouse may simply activate one of the abilities. O9 may move the camera and 1 may select your Minions.)
Effect II: The Illusion sends a teammate demigod into an uncontrollable rage for the next 4/8/12 seconds. The teammate has double speed, attack, defense, armor, and HP; but the teammate cannot heal, teleport, lock flags, use skills, or make use of any regen passive abilities.
Passive abilities
Light and dark I/II/III/IV: This ability activates when The Illusionist is being attacked with double gangers out. There is a 10/15/20/25% chance of him instantly switching with the double gangers breaking enemies AA.
Escape Artist: Requires light and dark and to be at level 15. If the Illusionist has enough mana there is a 45% chance of him summoning a Double ganger to take the final Aggro of the enemy’s attacks (both AA or spell).
Mental stimulation I/II/III/IV: The Illusionist creates the Illusion of the most desired object the Allied demigods and creeps want. This increases their movement speed and Attack speed by XX percent.
Pact abilities: Pact abilities are passive abilities that only work when one of any combination of demigods are on the same team. These demigods have to be within 25ft of each other to come into effect. The Illusionist is only the pact maker. If the Illusionist dies the pact is broken until he is returned to the battlefield again. ( I’m not sure if only one pact should be allowed per game or not)
The Magus pact I/II/III: When Illusionist is Allied with either Torch Bearer, Occulus, Sedna, or Queen of thorns. They enter a mages pact which increases each of their max mana, mana, and health regeneration by 25/30/35%.
The Brotherhood of darkness Pact I/II/III: When the Illusionist is allied with Lord Erebus, Demon Assassin, or Unclean beast which increases their movement, attack speed and max hp by 25/30/35%
Those who protect others Pact I/II/III: When the Illusionist is allied with Oak or Rook They gets their armor and attack boosted by 25/30/35%. They also gain a second ability which will allow them to share hp with a dying ally. Their own healing abilities whether it is through potion or skill will increase amount healed by 25/30/35%.
Story: (Note: this is based off a character I have yet to write an actual background story for.)
Aeon was viewed in his child hood as a no body by others, and no matter what he did no one would even let out a smile in his direction. He lived alone with his mother in a shack to the south in a beautiful paradise of an island. Every day he would go out and try to find a friend or acknowledgement from others that he did well, but each day he would return home a failure. His mother viewed him as an abomination, the cause of all her problems, and cared little for him; a child born of rape. Aeon knew not what his mother meant but would feel the hatred his mother felt for him, so he would do his best to please her or avoid her.
One day while he was wondering the beach he saw a strange girl standing there in the water staring off into the distance. The little girl was very beautiful and attracted him to her like a moth to a flame. He began to run to the girl but when he got o where she was; he stood alone with nothing but an echo of laughter swirling around him. When the laughter stopped a loud boo came from behind him causing him to fall into the water, and when he got back up he found himself face to face with the girl. Aeon asked the girl how did she do that, and the girl simply replied magic. Aeon had no idea what magic was nut paid it no mine as he was happy to be there with her.
The girl giggled and offered to teach Aeon her tricks if he promised to continue to meet here there every day, and he agreed. Each day they met as time passed, and the people of the island as well as Aeon’s own mother began to grow suspicious as the Ill born child had been everything but invisible to them; was now gone. One day a young fisherman was the girl out on the beach as he was out catching diner. He paid her little to no until he saw her star multiplying from 1 to 2 and onward. The fisherman in a frantic rush went back to shore and rush to town yelling he had seen a demon in the guise of a beautiful young lady. The fisherman and a group of villagers began to march back to the beach where they found Aeon in the girl sitting down laughing.
The group began to turn on the fisherman until they over heard the lady say “One more time, and then it is your turn.” When the girl made her first double ganger the groups of villagers were frightened as they had never seen magic before. After the double ganger vanished the group saw this as their chance to attack and rushed at the girl. Aeon stepped between the mob and the young lady in hopes to stop them, but with no luck. They grabbed them both and began to drown them; starting with the young lady who was too frightened to do anything to protect herself. Aeon struggled to get free but only achieved being hit upside the head with a rake until he fell unconscious.
Aeon awoke the next day laying in his bed next to the girl and his mom outside his room peeking into the room. He remembered nothing that happen yesterday after being hit upside his head, but was glad to still be alive. He checked the girl and notice that she was conscience, but was in a deep sleep and wasn’t going to wake up. Aeon wanted to know what had happen so he rushed out of bed and out towards the beach ignoring anything his mom was asking him. What Aeon had found when he got there made him gringe and shudder; the entire beach was field with the body parts of the dead villages. From the look of it the villagers had turned and begin to kill each other.
As Aeon turned and surveyed the field; he begins to notice smoke coming back from the direction of his and his mom’s shack. He rushed as fast as he can the closer he got the more he could hear the sounds of females screaming. Once he arrived it was too late; the shack was burnt to the ground along with his mother and the lady. The villagers that surrounded his shack now started to make their way towards him, as he fell to his knees crying. Aeon held his head up at the sky and yelled the names of his mother and the girl; “ Caitlynn…..Melina…” than blacked out once more. When Aeon awoke he saw he was in the middle of mass carnage, and every one of them were under his direct control.
The fishermen who farmed the first mob stood in front of him, and impaled his self with a pitchfork. As blood from the fishermen gushed as the pitchfork was pulled out; Aeon snapped and began to laugh. As he laughed he yelled out orders telling them to continue to kill themselves and each other. Until whatever happen to bring all these beings together in one place for mortal kombat happened.
