Morph/Whiskey: It's not that Liz and Jess are more important than my crush, it's just that Liz is my eldest friend, and both are close friends of Mishayla.  On that note: Diplomacy has been reached.  According to Jess, Mishayla won't date me until late August, given that there's a rule in place for this.  Apparently, in order to date the best friend of your ex, or you're best friends ex, you must first wait 1.5 times the amount of their relationship before going steady.  So, 6 months from now all will be well.  Anyway, not that I believed her, but Jess also said that should I ask out Mishayla before then the answer would have been no, due to the above rule.

Also: As it turns out, India is more of an important colony than America...

What reasons have they given you to believe that this is truthful? If the answer is "none", then wait anyway because it's better safe than sorry; however, continue to grow closer to Mishayla, effectively building an "unspoken" relationship with here that becomes official in August.
