How do I gain access to my empire's forums?

Hello all! I only have one Metaverse character, and he has been a member of the Kzinti Empire for a while. I was looking for the Empire's forums, and I tried to go to the link and it says I do not have access. How would I gain access to this forum? I wanted to ask a few questions.

If this is posted in the wrong place, I apologize. Thanks all!
