I recently used the demigod digital download, and
when purchased I used impulse to put in my account/password, and used the same
email that I used for the paypal to buy the account. Now, when I login with my
impulse account into demigod, at first it actually worked! And I was happy to
notice that a tournament was occuring (this was saturday, jun, 26, 2010), but in
the middle of me choosing the "light" side and trying to change my character
from rook to "oak" in a faceoff my comp/connection freezes.
A few seconds later after I manage to ctr+alt+del
my way out of chaos, I try to login and BAM! your server won't accept my login
information. None of the solutions that have been posted on your forums pertain
to me...so I hope you can help!
I sent this exact same message the day it happened, and got a technical support notice, but no "support" has been given since the day my problem was "open" (as the status title of my ticket puts it). I feel patronized, and distressed, and I want to be able to play online for a game I bought 2 days ago.
---Both emails are the same for what I bought the game with, and registered to.
---I tried to change my password plenty of times and no dice
---The notice I keep receiving is "username/password incorrect".....which is well.....wrong!
---Why can I access my impulse account with the same password and username, but can't play demigod online with the same information (proof of my competence in typing in a username/password)?
