Unbelivable - biggest retard I`ve ever seen

I`m not much of a forum posting guy, but this is something I feel I should share with every one that enjoy playing DG.

Two days ago I`ve played against JeffKohl in a "quick 1 v 1 game". I know its probably my fault for not checking the game settings or this guy stats before starting. I just wanted a fast game, so Ereb+Read and here we go :w00t:

What I got was really beyond my imagination...

The game setting were: towers weak, lvl 20, gold filthy rich. So pretty much an instant rush. By sheer luck I`ve managed to creep rush his citadel before he "Ashkandored" mine.And now the best part: guy paused the game and waited for me to leave XD . How completely insane stat whore one must be to do that? Though now I understand his 100% win ratio.

For all normal ppl out there, stay away from JeffKohl. For his sake I hope, hes conducting some strange social experiment and not just prolonging his weiner with those stats.

I don't understand why people don't just pause while connections are laggy so that they can be fixed.

Usually pauses are set to 0... though I guess that does bring up the future possibility for vent games to enable pausing to fix that sorta shit.

I dont understand why ppl still joining his game. He only do 1v1 for his 100% win ratio. He play vs lot of noobs/beginner. Just avoid him.

I gotta admit this sort of intrigues me.  I could probably fire up DG on my work machine, join the game with him, and assuming I can get the imminent win I can wait out his paused game for months, literally.  I've seen him advertise games before, I'll have to keep an eye on his game times.  It's one of those interesting challenges life provides you...

2 things - 1 - the host can always make the stats vanish in 1v1 if they know how.  So even if you beat the guy, the game stats can vanish.  2 - check the settings... even if its a "fast game"

So.  In summary, this thread's title alone is a flame... flaming continues. 

The exciting lesson, that most of us already know, is that you should check the game settings before a game begins.  Only takes a moment.  I do this on most games and simply ask about unique settings or leave if the game isn't something I'm interested in playing.  Sometimes people choose unique settings to catch someone off guard and get a quick win.  Other times, the host simply didn't realize that he had unique settings on because he was in a game prior and the settings carried over when he hosted.  In the case that's posted, we obviously can see that the host choose to pause the game until his opponent would leave.  That's pretty clear.  Is that an exploit?  No.  Something that he could be banned over?  No.  Unfair?  Yes.  Anyway, always take a moment and review the players stats.  Anyone with a 100% win rate and >50 games is certainly cheating.  Demigod itself will end that win streak though when it crashes sometime as a win rate of 100%, even when cheating, is impossible to maintain.  Knowing that, I really don't understand the motivation of the behavior.  Trying to get to the top of the ladder?  Maintaining a 100% rate as long as possible?  Taking advantage of players for fun?
