TeamSpeak &/Or Ventrilo ?

Hey,

I don't play this nearly as much as I used to in the old days, but I play a couple games here and there and I heard there was a vent or teamspeak channel thing that everyone was in I was wondering if someone can give me the details about all of that and how I can get in.  I used to have the info. but then I stopped playing again and now I'm just wondering about it again.  I would like to play with some more "skillful" people and I believe that would help out a bit :P
