Where do I submit bugs to?

I have a screenshot of a wierd graphical bug. A sector changed its influence color to orange and there are no planets, let alone any other races, in that sector. Also its at the bottom of the galactic map so I know im the only civilization around.

ok, the acreans are next to it now but they weren't when the bug first appeared.

um thyroid that is just minor powers color. They do have them you just don't see them much as minor powers with relativly undeveloped planets don't make much influence.

I know that but its the fact that there are no planets and I havent even met a minor race yet...

You won't see any stars there until you have explored that sector and the stars are no longer hidden by the FOW.
