Mod info request.

3rd Person view

Hi guys. I'd just like to know if it's possible to make a mod that changes the view in game to 3rd person - fixed (to the demigod) camera view. I mean something similar to the "over the shoulder" camera, or just a "tomb rider" view, to be clear. This implies turning around with mouse motion, so I assume it's not possible at all.. but hey, just asking
