You can now cross over any two games series - which two would you chose?

You can now cross over any two games series - which two would you chose?

For me, the choice is simple:

Minecraft

Crossed with

Skyrim

Mine-rim?  Skycraft?  All I know is that I'd never leave my PC again.  Ever.  To hell with families - I'M BUILDNG HERE!

I would like to see a multi-player Tropico so let's cross Tropico and Starcraft.

Star Trek Armada and Conquest Frontier Wars. The resulting game would be basically CFW set in Trek Universe. I would be willing to substitute CFW for upcoming Gemini Wars (but this would depend on the quality of that game, as it was not released yet, its difficult to tell) or perhaps Sins (but  i would require some changes, mostly related to making the game more multiplayer-oriented).

Alternatively i could use crossover of Homeworld and Sins, again basically it would play like Sins set in HW universe. Frankly, if Relic at some point decides to make HW3, i hope it will be something along these lines.

EDIT: Oh, now i see, the HW + sins was already proposed several times...unsurprisingly :D  i wonder if you want it to be under the same specifications as me, or would you like it other way around? I mean play like HW with Sins races?

XCom Apocalypse and GalCiv 2.  You can fight a series of tactical battles to win control of a planet, or to defend one.  Only thing is, after a while it would be totally unbalanced in favour of the human player.

It has been hinted that Homeworld 3 is in development, so if it isn't more like Homeworld than Homeworld 2, I will be very irritated, because Homeworld was superior to Homeworld 2.

Wow.  That would be really awesome.  Great idea for a series.

There's been a game like that out for ~12 years now. And it's free to play. The only downside is that it's not single player (so only one guy gets to be the fleet admiral ordering guys around, everyone else is flying ships), but it's still pretty cool.

GalCiv 2 with Anno. Basically any 4X space game with city builder. With tea balance on building the colony/ies and world being deeper and darker, not just a huge battlefield.

I would enjoy Homeworld and Sins.

Sins of a Solar Empire with Wing Commander. Play the strategy game then, when you need to, jump into a ship and help with the battle directly.

Uh.. Yeah, now please. I'd buy that. Probably attempt to mate with it.

EWoM  and MoM.

I was thinking that same thing.

My first ingredient is Dwarf Fortress. The detail and control are magnificent, as is the focus on history and myth, the simulation involved, and the potential for oddity.

My second ingredient might be Spore, since detail and enjoyable gameplay were most of what Spore was missing. Dwarf Fortress's deep feature implementation with Spore's scope would be magnificent.

Where have you heard that? It's already been revealed that Relic's next game is Dawn of War 3.

Jon- Ya there have been a few articles over the last few years that say that Homeworld is hinted but now it looks like DOW3 is the next RTS they are working on. THQ does own the rights to Homeworld so maybe later after DOW 3 is out they might announce it. One can hope. O:)

Jagged Alliance 2 and Syndicate.

I refuse to cross two. I need three.

Dark Messiah of Might and Magic + Thief: Deadly Shadows + The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.

Jagged Alliance 2 + Fallout: Tactics + Baldur's Gate

Star Wars Galaxies + World of Warcraft w/ add-ons.   Wear a Stormtrooper Helmet, mithril breastplate and wield a plasma rifle in your right hand and an Axe of the Dwarven King in your left.   We did this to success on a MUD before, where different wizards coded very different castles and we mixed it all together.  It was fun!
