can't get to the Metaverse Account info to change my e-mail address

I can't get to the Metaverse Account info to change my e-mail address. I tried FireFox 4.0 and IE9. It just goes back to the main Metaverse page. My addr will be deactivated soon, I may not be able to use the old addr for confirmation after today!
