How to force an update?

Is there a way to force the update? I'm still stuck in 0.60

My other computer downloaded the update fine and is in 0.61

Both computers have the exact same settings with auto update selected on steam

Try this:

Right click on Rebellion Beta -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity of Game Cache.
