Why can't I?

Hey guys, dunno if this is connected with recent site maintenance, but I can't customize my gallery view/explore list.

 

It wants me to subscribe, which I have, and am signed in even.

Nope. I haven't been able to use it in a long time, either.
Looks like it's been disabled - sadly enough.

I can still customize the menu but, only from the Home page

Try logging out, clearing cookies, and logging back in.

I tried it one of the first times I visited WinC on my brand new system - still a no-go.
Multible browsers tried as well.
