Where did you download from?

Uninstall what you have, run a cleanup program like CCleaner, then download from here:  https://www.stardock.com/products/deskscapes/downloads.asp

If that doesn't work,send an email to [email protected]  and link to this thread.

Some trials have a "shelf life" and it may be that it has run past that date.

 Trials cannot be updated.

Did as you suggested and this was the result.

Running Win 7 64-bit machine and downloaded the software from the e-mail sent to me.

I just checked the link posted in #3 and received the correct DL link via email.

Version 3.50  added Nov 15 2011.

If you are getting 'outdated' messages it's likely you need to clear your download/browser cache...;)

The file I downloaded and gives this error is 3.50.39.0

It looks like the file CNET is hosting *has* expired.  We'll get with them to get a new one updated.

hi.Zubaz,i am contacting you in connection with the trial version of deskscapes 3.25,when i get the email to be redirected to cnet.com and downloaded deskscapes from them it says it has expired.please let them know as soon as possible to get the latest download for all of us to download deskscapes.please reply to this asap. thanks in advance,

hi here everyone at wincustomize,would you tell us all how long does it take to make a updated build of deskscapes trial version for august 2012,please.it is taking quite a lot of time to get a updated trial version.

We don't have an ETA right now, but we hope for it to be available soon.  As I said before, I'll make sure we post here as soon as it's available.

ETA means estimated time of arrival. Stardock makes all kinds of software and not every app can be worked on at the same speed. Be patient, it will be announced when it is ready.
