I just paid for political machine from the official website, it only said I have placed my order and I didn't find any download links, I am a little confused atm and I am in Australia BTW.
There should be a code for Steam on the downloads page on the store website. If not, sometimes orders require manual review before they can complete. Support generally looks in on this thread on the weekends so if you post there they should be able to get it cleared through.
