Warlock: Armageddon DLC

A small DLC that tottaly changes the game.

If anyone has Warlock but is no longer challenged by the game try the Armageddon DLC. The new game mode will force you to react to events. You just can't brute force your way through with only 4 tricked out units. You have to defend your cities and help the AI deal with the new invaders unless you want to be swampped by waves of units each more powerfull then your greatest hero.

A few hints on the new game mode.

1) Help the AI with Gates that appear in thier areas.

2) Terraforming spells are your friend.

3) You can't ignore the pocket planes, they may have "Anchors" in them.

Oooh, i need to get this DLC. So many strategy games to play, so little time.

Bought it, played a few rounds, got beaten to a pulp. Looks very good so far.

It seems that Warlock is going the asymmetric way like AI wars and other games. If it's so hard to write an AI to compete with human players on even grounds under the same rules (and then let it secretly cheat to provide challenge), it's better to openly state that the AI follows different, but transparent rules.
