left over files

no response from tec support via email and phone forget about it! could someone advise me how to delete remaining files files,which prevent me from reinstalling fresh. Icon packer is in Chinese  I have 2 serial numbers that are the same nothing shows in stardock central I have renewed one,but the other is the same number. I have been with stardock from the start at least 10 years. no response from tec support.years ago you could call. please help if you can my email is [email protected]

Stardock tech support is by email only.

You will need to start a trouble ticket here - https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

You will receive an automated ticket number. Please do not send another email until hearing from a support tech. Tickets are responded to on a first come first served basis and sending another email would reset your position in the queue.

Please note that this is the weekend and Stardock support won't return to work until Monday.

 

Stardock Sales and Support are open Monday - Friday (9am-4pm EST). Every effort is made to respond to queries as quickly as possible, though emails sent after-hours and on weekends will generally not be seen until the following work day.

I have had to use the email approach.  Works fine.  Its not instant - but get the help you need.  Be very, very  specific in the info you provide...
