Fallen Enchantress LH Ultimate gog version

Any way to disable some of the DLC?

I love playing this game, but I love playing it using the Children of the Storm mod, and that mod does not work with the leaders dlc. Is there a way to disable the leaders dlc? I would really appreciate it if stardock would allow gog to cut up the dlcs, so we can install what we want to use if there is not a way to disable.

Can you not do that through the "Configure" menu item in GOG Galaxy? I only have one game installed currently via Galaxy and don't own any DLC, so I can't test it myself. I know there is a way to do what you want via Steam, but obviously that is of no use to you with a GoG version of FE:LH.

I have not tried Gog galaxy. I asked gog directly about this problem and they did not suggest galaxy, only that I post here. I will have to see, but I am always loathe to use stuff like that. Surely there must be a line one can edit out in some type of config or xml.

I'm going to put out an update to children of storm tomorrow, primarily with primal_savages fixes that he's been pming me. I don't see a reason why I can't do a "ultimate edition" version that includes support for those leaders.

Delete DLC05_Units.xml

LOL, duh. I didn't think of the actual easy way!

Although, I guess it's mostly only a duh now that I see the OP isn't using Galaxy, as Galaxy may have just re-downloaded it immediately like steam may/probably would have if you just deleted something like that.

Hey Primal, I am also using xtradeconstruct and everything seems fine, but I noticed when I level up there are two rows of blank skill circles at the very bottom, labeled "filler" 01 02 03 etc is this intended or have I not installed correctly? I did notice "XF_Fillers.xml 24 Do Nothing Abilities found on rows 12, 13, and 14 of the General Leveling Screen.Prevents Leveling issues for an additional 24 Levels", but this is beyond my understanding and would just like to make sure.

Hey Heavenfall,

Have you updated anything for the last 1 month?

I am deliriously waiting for an update that lets me play with SoC, Bazaar, Champion Bonanza, XtraDeconstruct mods altogether without any problem.

I love you all guys. Without you, FE:LH wouldn't be as close to completeness as now.

Hey,

I had to put it off for a while, but it's not forgotten.

Quoting aliberk15,

BTW, everything should (already) be compatible, including DLC05 (As long as you use χD), just saying.

Wait, what? the mods I said up, are fully compatible with each other? I mean, for example we have to delete DLC05 file from CoS to play with it, so in every other mod, we have to delete the files associated with DLC05, right? So they are missing some content.

Also is there any other content mod, which is compatible with these 4 main/big mods?

IF you have ALL DLC (e.g. LH Ultimate Steam/GOG 2.0) and IF you're playing w/ XtraDeconstruct (and I say that as a general statement since you've already specified this is the case for you):

1. Install Black Market Bazaar 2.0 (Use the CoS/Xtra Compatible version), move the Gfx and .str files around as indicated in installation. Don't delete anything.

2. Install Champion Bonanza 1.3 (Use the CoS Compatible version), move the Gfx files around as indicated in installation. Don't delete anything.

3. Install Children of Storm 1.8.c (CoS), move the Tactical Maps files around as indicated in installation. Delete (or don't delete) \ChildrenOfStorm_Rivermod\, but don't delete anything else.

4. Install the latest XtraDecontruct 2.0 (χD) [File: XtraDeconstruct plus DLC_MOD Compatibility Files], follow section A1. of the installation guide to the letter.

Everything will then be compatible w/ LH and all DLC, including DLC05.

Also, there's more compatible Mods w/ XtraDeconstruct (Among others: Level 6 and 7 cities mod, Path of the Paladin, Path of the Sorcerer, Necromancy Revamped, and Outpost Upgrades), but they're already packaged w/ it. Otherwise and generally, no, other Mods won't be compatible because χD revamps some core mechanisms and I (or the other Modder) need to apply that XtraDeconstruct layer to other Mods to make them compatible.

Wow thank you Primal, for your guidance. I think this installation guide can be a lot handy. I do not know they are all compatible with the DLC05 included. Now this will be a one of a big detailed 4x fantasy game.

And one last question, I find that demons and wizards mod is also compatible with children of storm. Do you know will it crash with other mods. Or Must I  test it and inform here:)?

If your question specifically relates to Demons&Wizards and XtraDeconstruct, they're not compatible at the moment. Probably won't crash, but certainly won't work well either. If your question relates to Demons&Wizards and other mods, best to ask abob101 or other mod authors specifically.
