[1.6 VIP build] Wellness falls icon missing

As said in the title, the icon for the Wellness falls is missing. Upgrading from Healing waters the improvement icon disappears and is not replaced by an upgrading icon nor the final improvement icon. This is in the Hot springs tech line.
