1.6 merc, Ship designer crash with support modules

I disabled mod's, new game, used unlock cheat,

>designer > new design > large hull

went straight to support component section and started adding modules, at some point (~9 if you skip the precursor modules) the game will CTD

To add to this, "Structural enhancement", "Jammer", "Jamming Array", "Targeting scanner" and "Rapid Reload" kind of modules count to CTD threshold (9 modules) despite not belonging to a support category. Contrary to one-per-ship the pattern, "Thulium Hull Reinforcement" does and Survey modules don't contribute to CTD limit.

Sometimes recreating the problems internally can be tricky -- your game may be in a particular state that causes the problem or we misunderstand one of the steps.  But having a clear repro like you provided is immensely helpful.  So thank you!
