Mesh Resize tool help 'Newboerg'

Hi Guys

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me. I am trying to resize a model mesh using 'Newboerg' tool. I have tried to follow the instructions, but still having no joy.

I have Windows 7, 64 bit Operating System

These are the steps I have taken so far.

1. I tried to run the "resize.exe" with administrator settings, this did not work.

2. I put the MSCOMCTL.OCX into my C:\Windows\system folder.

3. I entered "regsvr32 MSCOMCTL.OCX" into the command prompt.

At which point I am told it may not be compatiable and doesn't work.

Any help would be kindly appreciated. Thanks
