Error when uninstalling

hello, i have used LiteStep, but now i uinstalled it, and when i reboot my computer Explorer.exe don't start, it's just a blank desktop whitout Start Menu. Anyone know what i shall do?
If i press Ctrl-Alt-Del and "New Activity" and write: Explorer.exe or Explorer, than the My Computer window comes up. I have wrote this in system.ini:

[boot]
shell=Explorer.exe

But it seams like it don't work, so anyone know what i shall do?

I think you might have to specify the path for explorer:

[boot]
shell=C:\\WINDOWS\EXPLORER.EXE
