There is no way that I am aware of. The real OSX dock can't either.

c242 has made a spacer, looks like it's as close as we'll get right now. https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?searchtext=&sort=updatedate&order=Descending&library=29&Dock+seperators=on
