Windowblinds decided to change padding/font sizes

Windowblinds has been working great for me on Windows 8.1 since I installed it a few weeks ago. However, yesterday, it decided to make every theme unusable: Menus have huge buttons, and things like the clock are invisible. A recent update may have caused the issue; in "about," it appears to say it was updated around the time I encountered the problem.

What do you suggest I do to fix the problem? Is there some global setting I can change? If a reinstall is what it will take, will I lose my themes? Thanks.
