Chrome not skinning the title bar again

Had the usual "fixes" applied like running Chrome in compatibility mode with Windows 8 and custom-drawn windows titlebar flag and all was working well until installing the latest nvidia drivers 440.97. Double checked the "fixes", tried loading different skins to the one I want to use then back again, still not drawing the title bars.

Found another "workaround" add -disable-features=Windows10CustomTitlebar to the shortcut Target. When I try that, I get a notification that Windows can't find the executable.

Posting this to see if maybe anyone else is having the same isssues and possibly a cure. If I stumble accross a solution I will post back here. Any suggestions to fix the repetitive Chrome and WindowBlinds pain in the neck appreciated.

There is a setting to allow windowblinds to skin Chrome in the latest version of WindowBlinds.  You must enable it in order to skin Chrome.

Thank you RedneckDude I wasn't aware of that option so I checked it, clicked on the link for more information about it and made a new shortcut to Chrome's executable with the suggested target line addition.

Still not skinning the title bar.

I'm using Teku (recolored text) with the Vivaldi browser. Vivaldi is very easy to recolor to suit your needs. It has a very nice set of features as well. I recommend.
