Can't Purchase Skins yet again!!

Been getting the same site slowness issues here too, for quite a while.

We are sorry you are experiencing issues, but it would be helpfull if you could give us some more specific details.

IE; what is the URL of a page you are having a problem with, and what exactly is the problem and/or error you are experiencing?  

Or what skin are you clicking on (and from what page) and what url is it taking you to?  (these links shouldn't have changed at all) The more information you provide the more likely we are able to fix the problem.

I've tried it with many skins so I don't know what you mean by url...... all of them on your site! The message says that your not able to accept payment at this time. I've tried with different browsers and different skins. Also The pages take way to long to load so I don't know why you made these fancy payment changes when all it does is frustrate the users and not want to use this site anymore. If it aint broke don't fix it! The pages take too long cause it's busy calculating how much the skin cost in Canadian dollars which I can find out from paypal when I check out! So it has no use for me whatsoever and makes the page take an extra 15 seconds to load.... Thank you!

Also I don't know what you mean by following what link.... I'm browsing the site trying to purchase skins like I've been doing for almost 10 years using the same paypal and same account but all of a sudden it's not letting me purchase anything... last skin I bought was about 10 days ago on the same account and same paypal.

So. Recapping here.  If I'm correct here are the following different issues you are experiencing:

1. When I click on a skin it takes me to some other skin
   I'm not able to reproduce this problem, and have not seen anyone else reporting this issue.  If you can provide specific examples that would be apprecated. What page you were originally on (link), what item did you click on? And what page did it take you to (link)? 
   
   
2. Pages take forever to load
   Unforunately WinCustomize has not had any major updates in a very long time and it's performance can be improved.  We are looking to do an overhaul of the site next year to freshen it up.
   
   
3. Cant Purchase: message says that your not able to accept payment at this time

There is nothing wrong with my paypal on any other site but yours so Obviously it's not an issue with my paypal. Cause it goes through my paypal fine. It's when it comes back to this site for finalizing that there's a problem.

It started working again. Thanks! I don't know what the problem was but I just was able to purchase a skin.

Apparently I couldn't buy the skin Havanna by Vstyler because Paypal flagged it Cause it had the word Havanna in it....... wtf? I know right? Then sent me an email telling me to explain what I was purchasing so I told them where to stick it and canceled my paypal account. Take that! damn spies!!

Wow! I sure hope Stardock gives them hell, that is ridiculous!
